Terms of Service

By purchasing a design or art from me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. I reserve the right to edit my Terms of Service at anytime and without warning.

PURCHASING

• I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone.
• All sales are final.
• All transactions are made in USD via Paypal invoice.
• Payment is upfront.
• If payment isnt received within 24 hours of invoice being sent, the transaction will be cancelled (adoptables will be put back up for sale).
• After purchase is made I will send a high resolution, non-watermarked image.

OWNERSHIP

• I retain the rights to my art & character designs.
• Do not use my art or character designs for commercial use without consulting me first.
• Adoptables & commissions are allowed to be used in any non-commercial way, with credit.
• Adoptable owners may repost the art they bought from me, but the image they post must be watermarked and credited as to avoid art theft.

RULES TO ADOPT

• Claims are first come, first served unless otherwise specified.
• I will not hold an adoptable for you.
• No trades, unless asked for on a specific adoptable.
• Minor edits of the adoptables are allowed. These include colors, clothes & gender (do not change the design to change the gender). Other edits need to be run by me.
• You cannot create another character with the same design as an adoptable I made (twins, same design on a different species, ect).

TRADING & RE-SELLING

• Trading is allowed
• Gifting is allowed
• Re-selling is allowed as long as you do not charge more than you paid.
• You cannot trade or re-sell an adopt you got for free.
• If you trade, re-sell, or gift one of my adoptables, make sure the person reads my ToS and please let me know so I know who currently owns it.
• Feel free to ask me about buying back my adoptables.
